Statewide Elections


Members are eligible to start voting February 1, 2012. Voting online ends February 23. On February 25, the elections committee meets to certify the results.

Vacancies exist in the following offices:

  • NEA director (three-year term)
  • NEA state delegates for 2012 (non supervisory and supervisory)
  • The SCEA District Directors:
    1. UniDistrict 1 (one two-year term and one three-year term);
    2. UniDistrict 2 (one three-year term);
    3. UniDistrict 3 (one three-year term);
    4. UniDistrict 4 (one two-year term and one three-year term);
    5. UniDistrict 5 (one three-year term);
    6. UniDistrict 6 (one three-year term);
    7. UniDistrict 7 (one two-year term and one three-year term).
