The mission of The South Carolina Education Association is to protect and defend public schools in SC, and the interests of their students and employees.
We are seeking qualified individuals to help us advance this mission. We have both full-time and part-time positions open. All positions require a deep acceptance and belief that all school employees are entitled to basic employment rights and all children have the right and the ability to learn. Qualified applicants believe in social justice for all and a commitment to contesting injustices in school districts.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. These positions come with a competitive salary. Experience in teaching or working in a public school as well as community organizing, and/or advocating for the interests and rights of others is highly desirable.
