Tell your Representative: Vote NO on changing the South Carolina constitution to allow sending public dollars to private schools.
Most of us believe that all children in South Carolina deserve a high quality public education no matter where they live, what they look like, or how much money their family makes.
However, South Carolina's Public Schools are under attack from H.3591, legislation that attempts to rig the system by changing the state constitution to send public funds to private schools.
Private schools can discriminate against students while public schools proudly admit, accept, and educate ALL students.
In addition, as taxpayers, we deserve to know how our public dollars spent. This amendment will eliminate transparency and accountability in how our tax dollars are spent on education.
