Our Member Advocacy Center works in partnership with NEA to provide a variety of services to members in need. The following are examples of the one-on-one assistance The SCEA provides to members who contact us for help.

- filing appeals
- disciplinary action
- failed evaluations
- rebuttal letters
- representation in meetings with administration
- contract non-renewal
- conflicts with the administration or colleagues
The SCEA and NEA jointly fund the Legal Services benefit. This benefit provides assistance to members who are facing termination, contract non-renewal, or certificate revocation.
