The SCEA 2026 Elections

Ready to be a leader in The SCEA Movement?
The SCEA Officer & Delegate Elections

During this election cycle, members of The South Carolina Education Association (The SCEA) will elect leaders for The SCEA Executive Board. This includes seven (7) District Directors and 15 state delegates to the 2026 NEA Representative Assembly in Denver, Colorado July 3-7. 

Nominations and biographical information must be sent to The SCEA Elections Committee Chairperson, Jacqueline Simmons. A copy must be sent to the staff contact for the committee at 2999 Sunset Boulevard, West Columbia, SC 29169 ATTN: Rutha Johnson or emailed to [email protected]. 

Please review the candidates attached below. Voting period will begin Monday, February 2 until Friday, February 20.
