The SCEA President Dena R. Crews

Dena Renee Crews, President of The South Carolina Education Association was elected and assumed office in July 2025. Crews comes into the role with 24 years of experience in education, specializing in Elementary Education and currently serves as a literacy coach at North Vista Elementary in Florence 1. A passionate advocate for educators, she previously held the role of Vice President for The SCEA.
